Bliss

Days seem to be passing by so quickly. It's already almost 3 weeks since I started my apprenticeship. It's been slightly shaky, because I am quite slow in my work and have been making mistakes. But my Chef and Boss has been extremely patient with me, which I am thankful for. Everyday, I will go home and review the day's happenings in my head and think of how I can better improve my speed and make myself more useful.

Haven't really had the motivation to do any baking at all, which I should probably do because I need to practice my banana muffins, vanilla sauce and flan parisien for my practical test. We made yummy pies for class yesterday, and we'll be making more yummy tarts today. I wanna learn how to make some quiche lorraine.

The BF has been quite supportive with the late nights so far. Because we haven't spent much time since my schedule started, he has been showing his affections quite a lot. Haha..

So nice to be woken up by a kiss before he goes off to work, either on the cheek or the hand.

That's about it from me I guess.. Days have been almost the same, just different days. Will post again when there's more news.. =P
